As we welcome everyone in Cigar Week group, here is a helpful checklist and reminders as we prepare for our journey to The Gambia from 30th April- May 7th⏳ The countdown continues… 30 days to go! Let’s get prepared family!

✅ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS • Passport (valid for at least 6 months) • Travel insurance (recommended) • Yellow fever certificate (if applicable) (if traveling to Senegal) optional excursion.

💷 ENTRY & DEPARTURE INFORMATION cash (keep with your passport for arrival) • Payable in Dalasis when leaving (will guide you) 📄 IMPORTANT FORMS • Medical Questionnaire (must be completed) • Accessibility needs form (if applicable) This will be sent to you. 👉🏾 If you have not completed these, please do so asap.

💉 HEALTH & WELLBEING • Personal medication (in original packaging) • Small first aid kit • Insect repellent • Sunscreen ☀️ • Hand sanitiser / wipes

👕 CLOTHING & PACKING TIPS • Light, breathable clothing (it will be hot ☀️) • Modest wear for village visits • Comfortable walking shoes/trainers • Sandals/flip flops • Swimwear 🏊🏾‍♀️ • Light jacket or shawl for evenings ⸻

🎒 TRAVEL COMFORT ITEMS (OPTIONAL) • Snacks (especially if you have dietary needs) • Herbal teas / supplements • Reusable water bottle • Travel pillow • Essential oils (if you use them) ⸻

🎁 DONATIONS (OPTIONAL BUT APPRECIATED) • Pens, pencils, books (preferably by Black authors) • Small educational items for children ⸻ 💱 MONEY TIPS • Bring US$ to exchange into Dalasis and CFA Small notes are helpful • We will guide you on safe exchange options ⸻
